Our Pastor

Rev. Chip Reeves joined the Community Baptist Church family in March of 2018. Rev. Reeves is a 1999 graduate Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology. Following seminary, he served in ministry roles in congregations, colleges and hospitals in Georgia, Maryland and South Carolina.

Rev. Reeves enjoys storytelling and often uses the craft in preaching. Recently he has participated in Milledgeville’s storytelling concerts Stories From The Market which are held quarterly at Allen’s Market.

Rev. Reeves and Trisha have been married for 25 years. They have two sons Justin and Brandon. They all enjoy their pets, two cats and two dogs.
